Put the GDOS file in the autofolder.  Put everything else in the root.
Then reboot.  It worked when I did that.  I used a new disk, copied the
stuff over from my ramdisk, rebooted and then clicked on rufus.  Nice
program.  I wonder how it would act at 9600 bd.  Text routines don't
seem to be the most efficient....
