It is, it means 'invalid handle'. Rufus works fine with me, but I use
it without GDOS. Try to boot without GDOS. Rufus should work then,
although you will not be able to use fonts.
I dont know if there are English instructions, yet I dont even have
the German ones... Try sending an email directly to the author, the
adress should be in the docs.
