Hi,

	I've done this several times.  I don't think I used a NULL MODEM
cable though...

	I also don't have omnicom, I used a BASIC program I downloaded
several years ago, called AMODEM...

	
	If you don't get any further information, I'll try to grab omnicom,
and try it out with several cable options, etc.
