	I have both an Encore 6000 and a 9000. The 6000 is running
	2.1a and the 9000 is running 2.0.

	My question is this:

	How do I change the time to reflect EDT instead of EST.

	The 9000 running 2.0 has no info at all.

	The 6000 running 2.1a has more but I'm still confused.

	How does zic work and where do the files that zic uses for
	input live? How can I change it manually?
