Once their PenPoint software is finished, it seems apparent that a whole range of hardware devices will be created for it, ranging from tiny, calculator-sized ones up to desktop-sized machines. It currently supports _printing_ recognition, but not actual cursive handwriting recognition, and while I have heard rumors, there has not yet been any kind of announcement of mathematical equation recognition. _That's_ what we really want in a handheld calculating device...
