Does anyone have any information on the Quadram memory board?

I offered to add memory to my girl-friends original PC with one of these boards
in it. Now I cannot get the thing to run.

 I'm hoping that someone will have some information (preferably switch settings)
for this particular card. I can't find a manual for it anywhere and Quadram went
out of business years ago.....

 I may just have to buy a whole new board....
