Keywords: Syquest Macintosh Message-ID: Date: 4 Apr 91 21:55:43 GMT Organization: NJ InterCampus Network, New Brunswick, N.J. Lines: 22 I have a Syquest drive from Cutting Edge that I want to use on an AT clone (either EISA or ISA 486/25) which will replace my Macintosh. I want to keep the drive. So, beyond purchasing just any SCSI board, is there anything I have to do? Would it be supported under OS/2 as well as DOS? Can someone recommend a SCSI card to use (as well as a source)? Is there anyway for the PC to read Mac formatted disks? How about getting the Mac to read PC formatted disks? If it is possible (cross format reading) is it terribly slower? Thanks in advance for any assistance. -- -- Any disclaimers made for me, by me, or about me - may or may not accurately reflect my failure to be reflecting the opinions of myself or anyone else. ************************************************* * Brian Jay Gould - Professional Brain-stormer * *************************************************
