I have a Samsung S550 286 12Mhz and I'm considering upgrading the motherboard to a 386 or 386sx. Which motherboard replacements have proven to be the most reliable? Will I be able to find a motherboard that will work in the Samsung case? Are there any special considerations to take note of when choosing a motherboard? Should I get a 386 or 386sx? There doesn't seem to be a lot of price differences between the two. Do replacement motherboards come with memory or do I need to buy that extra. If so what do I need to look for? Thanks in advance.
