I have a couple of questions about the expansion slots in an IBM XT. a) Are all of the lines wired in parallel between the slots? b) How can I add more IRQ lines to my computer? I currently own a Tandy 1400 LT which uses a uPD71059C Interrupt control unit from NEC. I know that these can be cascaded but the initialization commands must be changed. Would this be possible to do with any kind of software? Or could I instead OR the INT output from this interrupt controller with the output of another one? I would greatly appreciate any and all help anyone could give me. Thanks, B. J. Catlin bc338569@longs.lance.colostate.edu
