You didn't say whether a 386SX would be acceptable.  I've been keeping an
eye out for similar systems.  I've noticed ads or announcements of the
following.

CMO 386SX/16 is a laptop with one 16-bit half-length slot.

Dataworld Portacomp III is a lunchbox style portable, 386/25 with two full
length slots.
