I posted a request here a few weeks ago asking for mouse drivers which
use a joystick as the input device.  Three people offered to send me
such things, but none of them actually sent them after I requested
that they do.

If any of those three people are reading this, please send or resend
your drivers, since I did not receive them.  If anyone else has such a
thing, I'd appreciate a copy.
