Subject: One Last M&MII Question

How do you decode the Green, Red, and Yellow messages?  I found the
Green messages last night and I found the Green Interleave, but I have
no idea how to decode the messages.  Is there someplace in Cron that
will tell me how to decode them?  I really want to finish this game soon
so I can spend all my time worrying about school instead of this game.
