HEPP = Higher Education Purchase Plan.  You must be a student, faculty or
staff at an institution of higher education to qualify for this pricing.
Policies seem to vary slightly from school to school (some require full-time
status, others don't).  Typically, academic or administrative departments
can buy direct at HEPP prices, and individuals buy through a campus
organization such as the bookstore, which adds whatever markup they see fit.
