Re: Busy Serial Port

I seem to remember some discussion awhile back related to MIDI applications
locking up the serial port, particularly if exited uncleanly.  I don't remember
if the problem stayed around from boot to boot.  I thought there was a DA or
other application that was mentioned that one could run to clear the condition.
