Look on the back of your SIMMs. There should be a - and a # there, like -8 or -10 or -12. Multiply that by 10 and there's your speed in ns. (ie a -8 is 80ns SIMMs). If yours doesnt have that, they may be 100ns because of the 'J10' you said was on the chip itself... Hope it helps... Scott
