Its hard not to trash Claris when the biggest single problem with the documentation is that it is so GD expensive. The Developer Kit which really doesn't provide anything much of anything except the documentation is a real rip-off (yea I mean stealing, theft, edging on fraud) at $200. Deal with this and maybe someone will actually believe that you give a damn about users.
