Help!
	Can anyone provide a code sample or explanation of how to use a custom
control (or scroll bars) in a modal dialog? How can you find out what part code
is hit from an itemHit? Or is it more complex than that? Must it be done with a
lot of hairy code and a filter proc to ModalDialog, or am I missing something?
