What happend to MacroMaker in System 7.0?  It was not part of 7.0b1 or b4.

Some of the software I have use MacroMaker extensivly.  Will it be in the final
release of System 7?

Speaking of the final release of System 7, will the new MacTCP be included with
the distribution of System 7.0, or will I have to purchase it separetly?
