Hello!

	I recently acquired a copy of Launch Init 2.0s, written by Theodore
	Wu (twu@caip.rutgers.edu, twu@cancer.rutgers.edu).  This is a program
	we need for system accounting.  I recently tried to mail him at the
	above mail addresses, but I haven't gotten a response in a week.  I'm
	assuming that he has graduated/moved on, as the documentation for
	Launch INIT is dated November, 1989.  Does anyone (especially
	registered users of Launch INIT) know of Theodore Wu's mail address/
	Email address/phone number, so I can contact him about getting
	registration for Launch Init.   Thanx in advance!
