My apologies for using bandwidth for this, but I have had problems
of late with running Pararena with After Dark in the background.  Is
there a way around this (other than switching "off" AD before booting)?
Or will a future version of Pararena incorporate some sort of fix? (hint
hint! :-)

It is certainly a great game in all respects.  Not being a canonical
programmer myself, I had no problem noticing the "shaded menu bar"
keystroke to quit in the middle of a game! ;-)  However, it IS somewhat
frustrating to be mopping the floor with Simple George and have a
system error occur with just two minutes left in the game! (and a score
of some 40 - 3!)
