I would like to be able to disable page reversal when I print using lpd 
to a remote printer that stacks face down. The printer is a 20 ppm
DEC LPS 20 which only stacks face down.

There must be a way to do this since TeXView does not reverse the
pages if you check the appropriate box in the print menu and disable
page reversal in dvips.
