This gets worst when altdock is run. My working space on the screen is effectively cut down. Is there a way to set it so that when I click on my windows, they show up on top of the icons? A minor point: I have heard complaints about monitors get burn-marks from the white borders of the icons. The ability to do the above may help ease the problem. No, I haven't check the NeXTAnswers or FAQ yet. Tom
