I've noticed (as have others) that the majority of contributions come from programmers, engineers, etc (not that there's anything unnatural with that :-). I was wondering if anyone out there has a need for a statistical program for the NeXT. A professor of mine has written a (DOS) program, MULVARP, which does multiple regression(s). It's written in C, and I thought if there was enough interest, I could "adopt" it as a summer project and port it to the NeXT, give it an interface, etc. Whatabout it? Any staticians, psychologists, behavioural scientists need a very advanced multiple regression package for the NeXT? I'll summarize if the interest is there.
