Keywords: DSP SRAM Message-ID: <2276@pdxgate.UUCP> Date: 8 Apr 91 20:18:26 GMT Sender: news@pdxgate.UUCP Reply-To: hal@eecs.cs.pdx.edu (Aaron Harsh) Organization: Portland State Lines: 13 I don't keep up on the current SRAM prices, but it seems like NeXT's is even more inflated than their DRAM. (I saw some 32k SIPPs on misc.forsale.computers for $2 each). Unfortunately, NeXT won't tell me what kind the DSP needs, and I don't want to open my slab unneccesarily to find the supplier and part name if someone else already knows. Does anyone know exactly what kind of RAM the DSP needs? Does anyone know any third-party suppliers? I'll post any e-mailed responses if anyone else is interested. (Please don't send me anything about warranty violations. NeXT has already explained this to me many, many times). Aaron Harsh hal@eecs.cs.pdx.edu
