  This matches our experience.  Try removing jumper 5-6 from CN3 and 
  CN9 (it will probably only be installed in one of those).

  To avoid confusion: someone else posted a note about removing jumpers
  from CNH2. I should point out that these jumpers were already removed
  by our 3rd party vendor - so we're running without them too.
