I have had several responses to a previous request for PD/SW
packages to learn mathematics and/or dynamic systems with, 
along with several requests to post a summary. In about 
a week i will have the summary ready. But there is one
more question i need to ask before i do so. Which is...
Does anyone have any information about _Phaser_? 
I have heard several enthusiastic comments, but do not
know if it is Pay SW, FTPable, or even what machines 
it runs on. I would like to include _Phaser_ in the 
summary if it is relevant, any help would be appreciated.
