The only problem I had installing MH on 4.3 BSD-Reno was making sure that
any #include <sgtty.h> appeared BEFORE an #include of <sys/signal.h> or
<sys/ioctl.h>.  Alternately, you can add -DUSE_OLD_TTY to the MH config file.
