Two months ago we were (finally:-) connected to the "rest of the world". We're running a number of SysV machines here, interconnected by TCP/IP and OSLAN (from ICL). Up till then we also could not forward our mail. I got smail, built it on the machines, and since then everything I always wanted to do was possible. (I tried sendmail first, but ran into too many problems porting it.) Thus: get smail up and running.
