There are a few books on the subject from O'Reilly & Associates, Inc.  These
are the Nutshell Handbooks: Using uucp and Usenet, Managing uucp and Usenet,
and !%@:: A Directory of Electronic Mail Addressing and Networks.  The first
two are pretty good, haven't seen the third.

Anyway, these are good books, and I have learned a lot from them.
