I recently posted an article referring to my troubles with File Manager and
formatting floppies.  I have now been informed that Becker Tools' format
option will not work with this combination:
	DOS 4.01, Windows 3.00, high-density floppy drives
Any responses to this, because I now believe it is a certain quirk with
Windows and some machines, and not just my own problem.  I have four or
five other users I support that experience the same problem with different
brands of machines, except they all have the above configuration.
