Just got the leaflet and order form from Borland regarding
Turbo Pascal for Windows and ObjectWindows.  Looks pretty
cool.

I know it's been discussed before, but just WHAT is the
status of ObjectWindows-- is there a run-time fee you must
purchase from Borland to distribute your Windows programs 
developed using TP?  If so, the brochure didn't mention 
anything along those lines.
