	Sounder 2.0, released a few months ago, *does* allow sounds to be
played in 386 Enhanced mode.  And there is a *known* bug where after a sound
is played in a DOS box and you return to Windows, you get a beep until
another sound is played.  I'll post a fixed DSOUND.DLL to cica when I
figure out what's not right in it...
