We paid $20,000 (aust) to get "good" service from MS, but we had to pay
$30 (aust) for the notes. Then I found them on OnLine. <sigh>
MS gave me a free Aircraft and Scenery Designer though, so they can't be
all that bad. Seriously, MS Aust are quite good.
