So what are the rumored dates for Microsoft C++ and for
the next update to Borland C++?  

Any rumors/announcements regarding functionality of MSC++?

I'd like to wait on Borland until they get ObjectWindows and the IDE into C++. 
If MS comes out with an IDE and class library first, I'd use them.
