Apparently, OLIT popup widgets have no built-in support for implementing the
default command button behavior required by the OL style guide (pointer warping,
keyboard equivalent, etc.). Application programmers must be responsible for
implementing this part of the style guide themselves, for every popup they ever
create.

True? Or am I missing something?
