Melbourne, Florida Lines: 29 I'm having a strange problem with a simple program I wrote that creates a ScrolledWindow with a Drawing Area child. Whenever I run the program, the widgets are created, but my whole screen is colored grey, and the widget appears on top of this background. I don't specify a background color, but I also specifically set the geometry to be 500x450+0+0. Why does my whole screen grey-out. It's a real problem, because all my other windows are hidden, and I have to remotely kill the process to get the environment back. I tried playing with the defaults, but no luck. I also looked at the demo programs to see I missed anything, but I can't seem to find any problems. Has this ever happened to anyone? Please e-mail any suggestions as to how I can remedy this. I'm using a SUN 3/60 with X11R4 patched up to 19. Thanks --------------------------------------------------------------- Nancie P. Matson NET: nancie@hal.CSS.GOV ENSCO INC. MAIL: 445 Pineda Ct.
