Keywords: recipe REQUEST Message-ID: <1991Apr08.154118.18008@mthvax.cs.miami.edu> Date: 3 Apr 91 18:07:35 GMT Followup-To: rec.food.recipes Organization: Georgia Institute of Technology Lines: 8 Approved: aem@mthvax.cs.miami.edu An uncle of mine recently gave me enough frozen crappie fillets to fill a five gallon bucket or more. I usually fry it in peanut oil with a little flour and corn meal or I bake it with dill and lemon. This, however, gets a bit boring after a while and I am seeking new ways to prepare the fish. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks in advance.... J. Paul Patton (gt2067c@prism.gatech.edu)
