Anyone out there have experience with the ZETA-8 model printer
sold by Nicolet a few years back??  While the plotter bears a Nicolet
nameplate, I believe this part of the company was sold/split_off, since
I was able to get programmers manuals for the plotter from Bruning
corporation in 1988.

Anyway, when I power on the plotter it immediately declares error condition
82 (UART/interface error).  Without a copy of the schematic or firmware
listing I'm not sure how to debug the problem.

If you know anything about this plotter I'd like to hear from you.
