If so, I need your help if you can please. I am posting this for my brother in
Colorado....

He has a Master degree in Electrical Eng., Power Electronics & Control Systems,
with a very good GPA...he wants to go for a Ph.D if he gets TA or whatever.....
can you ask the EE depatment in your school whether a faculty member needs such
one and can afford him a TA, teaching assistance or whatever....thanks alot in
advance
