I am posting this for a friend who does not have internet access. He 
writes:

"I am interested in finding out if software from the "Elektor" magazine
is available through Internet, or any other bulletin boards. As I 
reside in Australia, there is a time delay in getting software 
associated with projects from the U.K. through the post. Getting it 
through Internet would be great!
