I am trying to build an FM transmitter for an electronics project and
have come upon two unknowns. One is an HEP 802 which looks like a JFET
and the other is an HEP 55 which looks like a BJT npn transistor.

If anyone has any info on either or even better both of these semis
please reply via email.
