Louie) I have a quick question. How deep do ballistic missile submarines have to be in order to launch their payload? This question came up in my Gov't class. I do recall, once, a long time ago, where a Washington-class sub was about periscope depth and launched a Polaris. Any answer will be appreciated. Please E-mail directly. Thanks, in advance -- Michael Louie University of Texas at Austin Internet: mdlouie@ccwf.cc.utexas.edu
