Kathy, Check out the movie "In Rememberance". It's about 45 minutes long, and does a good job (IMHO) of describing/portraying the rituals, Jesus' alterations of them, and what might have been the Apostles' reactions to these changes, and the Jesus they knew. I don't know what facilities you have available to you. In my case I was able to borrow the video from a library maintained by our conference (roughly analagous to your Diocese).
