>From 23:30 on 4/6/91 until 07:00 on 4/7/91 upgrades will be performed
on the electrical power systems of the University of Michigan North 
Campus Computing Center Building. This building houses the NSFNET 
routers (NSS 17 and ENSS 131) in Ann Arbor. 
   
This should have the following effects:

NSS 17 will be down for 10 minutes at 23:30 on 4/6/91 and for 10 minutes
at 2:00 4/7/91. 

ENSS 131 will be down from 23:30 on 4/6/91 until 07:00 4/7/91. 
  
All Ann Arbor regionals (MichNet, UMNet and CNRI) will be unreachable 
for a period of time:
MichNet and CNRI from 02:00 until 04:30 on 4/7/91 
UMNet from 02:00 until 07:00 on 4/7/91.
