I am looking for a free neural net simulator that will run on an MSDOS
machine.  Binaries or C/C++ is fine.  I'm a first-year medical student
who will be doing some research this summer on interpreting echocardiograms
using neural nets.  If something free comes along, it will save me the
trouble of doing the prototypes myself.  FTP is fine.
