First of all, I have high praise for the moderator of
comp.binaries.ibm.pc. However, I have an idea. Instead of all the
information on the file (including brik codes) as the first portion
of part one, make all that information part of an informational
post, seperate from the uuencoded post. (ie Part 0 - Information
and brik codes on such and such a file, Part 1-whatever - actual
uuencoded file).

Hopefully, I made some sense in that above paragraph.
