	A new version of the PD-on-ODI converter is available
for anonymous ftp from husc6.harvard.edu in pub/odipkt.  All 1.09
functions are now implemented but note the following:

-reset_interface and set_address always return failure.

-as_send_pkt is as described in the 1.09 spec--this probably
isn't what you want.

-set_rcv_mode claims success but the ODI interface doesn't allow
control of receiver mode anymore.  (However multicast support *does* work.)

	Operation has been tested for blue book and 802.3, but not
for 802.5.  As I have received no feedback about the last version
I'll assume it was bug-free (or unused :).
