I just managed to get Prodigy to work at 9600 bps, and it's pretty nice.
There are still delays from their front ends, but when the screen updates
they update pretty fast. It is a lot more usable this way.

For those that want to do the same, you can only do this via the Tymnet
connection. Prodigy doesn't have 9600 bps (that I know about) on their
network yet, but Tymnet has a lot. To find out your nearest 9600 Tymnet
connection, call the usual 2400 number, and type 'information' when the
login prompt occurs.
