My V.32 MNP connection is VERY bursty in terminal emulation. A directory scrolls fast then stops, fast then stops. The display of typed characters stops for a few characters then catches up. The same modems on the same computers do not do that at 2400. Did I miss the answer to this problem? Setup is Telebit T2500 with ROM Ver. 7 at both ends, terminal server (with 9600 baud Com line limit) at main CPU end, PC with Procomm+ at home (have tried 9600 and 19200 Com line). Even the quiet internal phone line does this. (The reason for MNP level 4 is to help a VERY noisy home phone line.) Ray T.
