Keywords: netbios routing Message-ID: <24173@well.sf.ca.us> Date: 13 Apr 91 01:50:54 GMT Distribution: comp Lines: 16 I have two Netbios related questions and any answers will be appreciated:- 1- In a Novell network which has Lotus servers using IPX/Netbios protocols, can we access the remote Lotus Servers through our Cisco routers ? Will the Netbios interface be transparent over the WAN since IPX does the routing ?? 2- For a PC LAN which uses Netbios over TCP/IP as a protocol, how does a user access the remote server over the WAN ? Does he have to use an IP address or configure NetBios tables ?? Thanks in advance. Osman Arslaner Montreal - QUEBEC.
